He was born in 1986 in Çayeli Rize. He graduated from Çayeli Ahmet Hamdi İshakoğlu Health Vocational high school. In 2007, he completed at Medical Documentation and Secretarial Departmant of Vocational College of Health Services of Kocaeli University. In 2010, he completed his undergraduate education at Anadolu University Business Administration Faculty. In 2013, he completed his graduate education in Beykent University Social Sciences Institute Hospitals and Health Institutions Management Department. His education has been going on Erzurum Atatürk University Healthcare Management Program since 2016.
In 2006, he started to work in Dr.Siyami Ersek Chest, Heart and Vascular Education Research Hospital. Between 2006 and 2016, he worked in the income accrual unit of the SBU Zeynep Kamil Women and Child Diseases Education Research Hospital. Since 31.08.2016 he has been working as assistant manager of Administrative and Financial Services at SBU Sultan Abdülhamid Khan Education Research Hospital.
