In our service, which is given great importance to scientific activities, an average of 3 international and 6 domestic publications are held every year and attendance is provided at the level of both instructor, assistant and nurse in order to present poster notifications in national and international congresses. Experimental support is provided.
In-service training activities of assistants, nurses and other assistant health personnel are given great importance, one day teaching instructor, one day assistant seminar, one day case presentation, one day literature and one day nurse education are being done. In addition, at least three medical seminars and four patient training seminars are held annually in the average hospital, monthly meetings are held with continuous communication with the educational hospitals and universities in the surrounding area, and this meeting is actively involved.
